" House of Anjou » is a family house of 390 m2 where it is good to sit down and take the time. It is an invitation to travel to Anjou. This is intended to be soft, delicate and soothing in order to appreciate the mood of the sky, the magnificent banks of the Loire, and the many castles and vineyards.
Xavier has renovated this house for more than 5 years by taking care of the smallest detail, from construction to fitting out, while having the desire to share his remains.
" House of Anjou » pays homage to Xavier's native region.
Falling back in love with Anjou, he imagined this place in order to discover this universe and this very special atmosphere. Behind a house that seems "in its own juice", he has managed to integrate all the modern techniques aimed at energy comfort (vmc double flow, insulation, heated floor, wood boiler).

" House of Anjou is a former presbytery from the 18th century; it stretches out at the foot of a 15th century tower and a 12th century church, not far from the majestic and immutable Loire.
The soul of the place is revealed, by caring for and respecting a unique site and classified as a historical monument since 1944, with a luxurious and delicate modernity.
With family or friends, this haven of peace is conducive to moments of sharing, exchanges, sweets and relaxation in a unique place.

Xavier has bet on the know-how, the tailor-made craftsmen, the beautiful materials and the adjusted finishes.
outside in tufa stone, typical of this region, marries the warmth of the wood inside. The soft light of Anjou penetrates the pretty residence and reveals its unique and contrasting style : bourgeois and neo-rural, cozy but playing with lights, sober and chic.
On three levels, House of Anjou » allows everyone to find their resting space in the 4 huge bedrooms. Each has a large bathroom.

The tonality of beiges, taupes and creams only sublimates this interior.
Each room of the house is a magnificent alliance between furniture, traditional and unusual decorative objects, and natural fabrics.
The furnishing fabrics are only noble materials, old or new (linen, old linen, cotton, etc.) and give a warm touch to the residence, which is located in the heart of a very beautiful garden.

Douceur Angevine and garden
The latter, enclosed by stone walls, extends over 4,400 m2 and abounds in plant species (oaks, lime trees, redwood, red maple, umbrella pine, roses, fig trees, fruit trees, vines, palm trees, bamboo, Kiwi). Several corners in the garden have been laid out in order to find a moment of peace, in contact with nature, or escape according to the desires of each one.
The garden is an invitation to read, meditate, or relax...
A magnificent vegetable garden allows you to cook with fruits and vegetables from the garden.
Out of sight, crossing the garden and a small wooden bridge, you will discover a magnificent swimming pool heated in season, where you can enjoy swimming while contemplating the tower of Trier.
