  1 / Rates: Minimum 2 nights

High Season (July 1 - August 31):

  60 0 euros / Night;

   Weekly package: 4,000  euros.

Mid Season (May 1 to June 30 and September 1 to October 31):

  50 0 euros / Night;

   Weekly pass: 3,325  euros.

Low Season (November 1 - April 30 ):

  400  euros / Night.

  Weekly pass: 2,660  euros ;

Excluding:

    - Cleaning costs of 220 euros.

       - Tourist tax (2.4 euros/adult/night) 2022 rate

This price includes:

  - The enjoyment of this property ( maximum 8 people ).

  - Arrival  from 5:00 p.m.

  -  Departure before  10:00 a.m.

  - The linen, as well as the basic products for the kitchen and the laundry;

  - Two electric bicycles (provided free of charge);

In case of cancellation of the stay:

- Minimum 60 days before the start of the stay: full refund.

- Minimum 30 days before the start of the stay: half refund.

- Within 30 days before the start of the stay: no refund.

 

        Rates to be paid upon booking

 

2 / Security deposit: 1,000 euros , payable no later than 7 days before the start of the stay. This  deposit  will be refunded maximum 7 days after the end of the rental if the house is ok. In the event of non-receipt within this period, we will consider the stay cancelled.

 

3 / Miscellaneous:

- We thank you for living this place "like friends", otherwise we will have to withhold part of the deposit to put the house in order;

We remind you that the state of mind of this rental is peaceful. In case of degradation, or any other problem, and it can happen, we thank you for letting us know, simply.

- When booking, we will send you by email "the instructions for use of "Maison d'Anjou". We will consider that you have read it.

- We do our best so that you can peacefully enjoy this place. However for the maintenance of the garden, the vegetable garden and the swimming pool our gardener (Alain)  will work, a priori and depending on the weather, on Tuesday and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. It is he who will give you the products of the vegetable garden.

- If you wish, it is possible to organize the presence of a cleaning lady. You will be charged for this service.

- We can also fill the fridge before your arrival (a fee of 20 euros in addition to the price of the races will be charged to you).

- We do not accept animals.

- Please smoke outside.
